[YHBT] Proposition 42: Live Video Chat

In a press release held today by Big B Radio's Public Relations Department, a new proposition has been made that would grant a new live audio/video chat into our upcoming website renovations, if passed. However, in order to keep a live audio/video chat operational at all times, a monthly donation of $300 U.S. Dollars is required by our listeners. This will cover all costs of bandwidth consumption and maintenance repairs of the chat. If implemented, the system should go live on June 1st and will replace the current chat interface. It is important that our listeners participate in providing us necessary comments and feedback about a decision to install this service.

Possible benefits:
- You can see and hear other BBR listeners live.
- You can see and hear the DJ on air, playing all your favorite songs.
- "Eye candy."

Possible risks:
- Requires a dependency on donations to support this service.
- Other BBR listeners can see and hear you. (i.e. Stalkers)
- Video stream is unregulated; explicit material can be shown without warning.

You can leave your questions, comments, and feedback here in the comments section. The Public Relations Department panel will evaluate each and every concern individually and assess the possible risks and benefits of passing this proposition.

On behalf of Big B Radio's Public Relations Department, we thank you for your support!

[YHBT]: You have been trolled! Sorry folks, but we have no plans to launch a video chat service anytime soon.

Will we get to see "Tommi"?

I don't like this idea. I see no benefit coming from this.

I don't want to see most of your ugly faces anyway. Nor would you want to see mine.

Are you trying to promote stalkers? O.o

The video chat should only be reserver for Admins, DJs and specific individuals.

I don't like this idea neither. $300 per month is a hefty price tag, unless, we have a sponsorship participating. Plus there's a free video site out there where I saw a radio shows feed their show to the net. We should try that out first whens a live DJ is on and see how the audience react to it.

S, do you know what risk analysis is? That's why we're asking for what people think BEFORE we put the idea into action.

Good idea, Rip.
